We are a vibrant community of Steampunk enthusiasts in the St. Louis and surrounding area.

Our members enjoy lively discussions, share art, costuming, social gatherings, and their "Steamy" creations.

While we do enjoy sharing with our friends, we have a few rules, which you agree to when you join.

**Please Be Kind and Courteous - We're all in this together, so to create a welcoming environment, please treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

**No Hate Speech or Bullying - Everyone should feel safe. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Degrading posts, comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will get you removed from the group

**No Politics - ALL political posts will be deleted

**Promotions or Spam -
We support the Steampunk community and wants to see what you are up to, so every Saturday will be
"Steampunk Saturday" where you can post Steampunk related promotions, events or publications. Please limit yourself to one and Sunday they will be deleted. Self-promotion, spam and NON steampunk related posts are not allowed and will be deleted.

**Respect Everyone’s Privacy -
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Please respect each other. If any our members have issues with any posts or person within the group, please do not report it to Facebook, instead, tag one of the admins so that we can address the issue directly.

**Young Ones -
Please remember we have members of all ages and therefore are a PG rated group. ALL posts must reflect this.

Since we are a St Louis and surrounding area group, most of our members and events will be local. We do however welcome exciting news from our "Steamy" friends around the globe.
